Responsible Tourism

Being the ground operator for overseas agents and travellers, Eternity has an obligation and responsibility to guide and inform the agent/client the importance of being a responsible traveller in South Africa. Eternity exhausts all options to promote sustainable and responsible travel with a simple philosophy of "if you think you are too small to make a difference then you have never spent a night with a mosquito". Being a responsible traveller is not about the budget, but being accountable for your actions and giving a hand up when you can.

To lead by taking action
Eternity Adventures offers a hand up to the Environment by:

  • Supporting initiatives to stamp out plastic bottles
  • Leave no traces, beach clean ups, responsible waste management
  • Supporting initiatives to plant and maintain vegetable gardens
  • Promote use of public transport and greener transport alternatives
  • Responsible approach to office management; office waste, recycle, reduce

To lead by taking action
Eternity Adventures offers a hand up to the Community by:

  • Project High Cloud; supporting a multiracial Pre-primary school
  • Sponsor of bursary programs to see change through education; a direct support for individual children
  • Supporting local sport clubs within the community; Fishhoek Gymnastics
  • Supporting feeding programs; Blisters for bread - Peninsula school feeding association
  • Being a proud supporter of the NSRI; National Sea Rescue Institute
  • Supporting local artists sustain their living; wire art
